Hello, We would like to introduce to our members

clans from the potential clans.

The system will work like this. I traded my ShinyLugia
to get us a base start of about 130x-140x. 

This stuff can be bought at a discount within the clan and
full price outside of clan. Everything "grey" will be stuff
that was put into the box via the deal I said above
and cannot be included in the split I describe below. 
Blue will be the stuff that will be split.

The split idea is at the end of a month everything will be 
distributed evenly between the members that have donated
or whom have put effort to making the clan successful
if they couldn't afford to put anything in. This doesn't mean
that a person whom donates a 1k on the first day of the month
never bothers to do anything else will get a split. I won't allow that to happen.

This should encourage giving, not receiving. The idea is that 
if there is 120-130x  put into it via donations and trades in clan
and out of clan... and say that 5 people donated or put effort towards
helping the clan... these people will get a 24x cut. Theoretically.. the more people that help out
the bigger the splits will be, thus helping everyone out. 

This system should help people who have very little get something very big if they put forward the effort
to help our clan succeed. [/quote]

This is by no means a way to flame or discredit the old rating system- rather it is to refine the system that was created and turn it into something that can be used by every player.  What our plan is, is to create a system that is all based off of [b] your [/b] feedback and input. The more people that correct, and polish the rates, the more accurate they will be. Will you be willing to help us out in creating the new system that will help both new and old players know the general ratings for the Pokemon they have? Will you help us create a new, and better TPPC by preventing scamming, and promoting intelligent and informed trading without biased rates? If so join our clan and give us your input.
